🌸 Spring Equinox: A Celebration of Nourishment Renewal 🌸

Join us for a unique cooking and folk tradition workshop set on a charming boat in the serene Chelsea Harbour.

This special gathering is designed to explore nourishment, ritual, and the wisdom of seasonal eating in a warm and welcoming space.

✨ What to Expect:
Led by Moon, founder of Kult Kitchen — a nutritionally informed chef, hormonal health coach, and personal trainer — this hands-on cooking workshop will focus on foods that support hormonal balance. Whether you're looking to nourish your body more mindfully, or navigating perimenopause and menopause, you'll gain practical insights tailored to your well-being.

In addition to cooking, we’ll embrace an ancient tradition with Alice, founder of Casa de Folklore, who will guide us in natural egg dyeing — a beautiful folk practice symbolising fertility, renewal, and protection. Using natural pigments derived from food waste collected during the workshop, this mindful practice brings sustainability into our celebration.

To complete the experience, we’ll gather around a beautifully decorated table showcasing the stunning Casa de Folklore & Kult Kitchen earthenware collection. Together, we’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes we’ve prepared, sharing conversation and connection in this tranquil harbour setting.
