We hope you love your item(s) but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a product exchange or refund.
For a full refund or exchange, email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their unused original condition and packaging. If items are not in their original condition, we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Items that are returned after this period, but before 30 days, will be issued in the form of store credit. Refunds will take up to 7 days to be processed.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com and, if the order has not been dispatched, we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) as outlined above once received.
Mistakes do happen and, unfortunately, faults can occur. If you believe an item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and, once we have received the item and inspected the damage, we will happily refund you.
Some products are hand-painted/crafted and/or vintage. Therefore, items cannot be returned as faulty due to this. Items which this applies to will have the relevant information on the product page. Please also note that the colours of products may vary. Colours cannot always be represented exactly the same as in real life on a screen, but we always do our best to accurately match them.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days. However, re-delivery charges do apply.
